a — Moving home
Understand, plan, sort, pack, move, unpack, set up.
Full-service relocation is our most rewarding service line because we love the satisfaction we get from seeing our clients happy and settled in their new home.
We start by understanding what you most value of your possessions, how you want to live in your new home, and what you want to spend your time doing in the future.
Once we understand your needs, we begin to plan your new space with you. We will help you to work out your furniture placement, items to cupboard space, and ergonomic placement of key items to best fit your future.
As we move to the sorting phase, we will provide guidance on what you may need in your new home. We will help you to decide what to keep, discard, sell or donate. Then we will pack and get ready for move day.
On moving day, we will be there to make sure that the day is as calm and stress free for you as possible and that it ends with you in your new home and ready for the first night's rest in your new home and ready for your future.

b — Clearing an estate
Quiet, methodical work.
We manage the dispersal of household goods through sale, donation, recycling or disposal to help clear the family home.
We do estate clearing for both living estates and deceased estates and understand the differing needs of families as they go through this process.
We can liaise with solicitors and executors directly and often provide this service where families may not live nearby, or may not be able to take on a task of this magnitude and complexity.

c — Decluttering & home organisation
For downsizing, for safety, or simply for room to breathe.
We help clients who would like to stay in their homes but need adjustment to be safer or future lifestyle friendly. We will assist in decluttering and ergonomic adjustments to make your space easier to use.
We will work with you to do pre-fall prevention organisation and reorganise your space to accommodate your abilities to ensure you are able to keep doing the things you want to. We can help you rearrange for the use of a walker, wheelchair, or future cognitive challenges.
We will happily help you deal with a hallway that has too much in it, a spare room can no longer be slept in and a kitchen has three of everything.
We will provide advice, and guidance but nothing leaves your house without your say-so. The aim is a home that's easier to live in tomorrow than it was yesterday.

d — Ongoing personal assistance
A steady hand, week to week.
Some of our clients lean on us for longer term engagements. We can help you with your admin and paperwork. Paying the bills. Helping with the phone, the tablet and the tv.
We will going along to appointments and writing it all down afterwards and popping it into a shared calendar or writing it down.
Our clients benefit from someone who knows them, and turns up.
